The power of inline skating at school, with Danny Aldridge, former world champion.

Teaching inline skating offers several benefits for both physical and mental development. As a brand, Rollerblade® helps with several initiatives including having tips and techniques on our site, a skate instructor locator and working with brand ambassadors and athletes that help student grow through skating. One example is Mike Mullen, a former halfpipe BMW champion, who started an academy with the vision that sport has the power to motivate young people.

Some of the benefits of inline skating includes:

  • Physical fitness: inline skating is a physical activity that engages various muscle groups. Skating improves balance, coordination and provides a fun and engaging way to stay active and develop physical fitness.
