Viktor welcomes Javi Garrido to the podcast to talk about aggressive inline skating and how it differs from speed skating.  Javi explains how her favorite places to skate are on the street and in the skate park and talks about being one of the first females in aggressive inline skating.  Javi shares how her competitions are evaluated on style, difficulty, and consistency.  Viktor talks about his competitive background in both disciplines of speed skating – on the ice and on the track - and how he trains and prepares for competitions.  He prefers speed skating - from one lap, to marathons, to 100K, smooth surfaces and competed in the Olympics in speed skating on the ice!
