1. It was almost 36 years ago and It was for sure my first love! I loved going fast,jumping off of anything I could find,and going to the skating rink with my friends on the weekends before there were any skateparks.
2. My inspiration to keep skating is that it’s my life! I couldn’t see myself doing anything else with my free time besides distance skating and street skating,ive made endless amounts of friends doing it,it pushes my body and my brain whenever i go out,and i still cannot drive anywhere without scoping out spots to skate in the future!
3. Skating brings people that might not otherwise connect or meet together with a common interest,it promotes a healthy lifestyle,it’s great way to see the world as well! It sometimes is a lot faster than driving,so great for the environment!
4. I stay connected to the culture and take inspiration from everything ! Other skaters styles,other places around the world,Music ,art,and others help me think outside of my box to keep trying new things,it’s so exciting learning a new trick after 36 years of skating!
5. Stretch! practice makes progress,it’s worth it to take your time on what you want out of it and with that you can find everything you need!
6. I’d be a Cat. Quick reflexes ,can land on their feet from tall obstacles,and are usually pretty chill!
